ARC-XCI55AX Verzion Gateway Issue

Hi guys, I hope Firewalla team help me out with issue I have for a friend’s Firewalla purple. As far I know things were going smoothly until yesterday. Things started to mess up possibly with Verizon. I had to start from scratch few times with no such luck. With Firewalla purple things changed from what I had noticed. I have Linksys wireless router in bridge mode. ARC-XCI55AX Before this happen, I enable ip pass through worked perfectly and smooth. Somehow it went wrong. The led light of the modem is white without ip pass through enable, once I enable the ip pass through it goes green with no internet connection on his end. Without enable it works, enable it doesn’t work. Can you guys help me with this? I am not sure if I should put a check on ip pass through and save settings? Also with wireguard he can’t get into it before that happen it worked like a charm. Things changed from what I see. The only thing that bugs me is ip pass through enable off.. it shows connected? Thank you.

Is the IP passthrough just forwarding all traffic to a device? (like a DMZ function?) Or it is a true modem function, where your firewalla is getting an IP address?

True modem fuction. I have no idea where firewall purple is getting an ip address unfortunately. I don’t have it, I gave it to a friend. Yes ip passthrough just forwarding all traffic to various devices.

Was firewalla the only unit attached to the modem? I'd double check if there are other routers lingering that may be issuing IP addresses.

It is confirmed from a friend. Who put the wrong Ethernet cable in the wrong port. There are two ports he has, lan 1 that he was suppose to put in port 1 but it was port 2 that he put in it wrong, now, it is up and running, thank you so much and sorry for wasting your time. Thanks again Firewalla.
