MSP Not Updating in Real-time

Is it normal that data in MSP are not updating in real-time? In the flow reports, it looks like there's always 5 to 10 minute delays. And in the scheduled Internet speed test, it takes about almost 28 to 30 hours for the result to reflect in MSP.

At the moment it does that long to sync configurations, this is due to how our infrastructure is not catching up with growth; we are working on optiimzing this syncs, should be within seconds in 2.9.0 (coming later this month or October)

For the speedtest result, it should also just take about 5 mins to load. If you still observe the issue, please reach out help@firewalla.com for help.

We have not. Likely they either use the MSP or the Phone

I am seeing similar delays. Typically will manually refresh my MSP page. I was using an add-in which automatically updated a tab, but stopped. My understanding is that it would not be a fast update. I typically go to my phone to see some details knowing it’s faster. I would love to see updates near real-time.

I'm assuming there is a delay to perform an initial sync when you just upgrade to msp pro from personal firewalla web? I'm not seeing any flows.
