Software Download
The guides constantly reference using "the app" or other software but I do not see where it is / how to download.
Is there an IOS version? Is there a Windows (64 bit) version?
Why is it so difficult to find??

Thanks to all. Found the IOS app and will look harder for Windows version. Setup purple in bridge mode and was astonished to see data flowing through with virtually no tinkering. Not sure data monitoring is offering tons yet. I use several Ubiquiti WAPs and a Unifi controller and I get phenomenal data reporting. With Firewalla, am more interested in real firewall protection. Docs say it's there but if anyone has any comments I'd be grateful to hear them.

Tnx for Windows info. As to firewall protection, I want no inbound access, i.e., any attempt to examine, collect information of any sort or use any resource on my side of the firewall should be blocked unless I authorize it. Also - and this might already be handled / not sure how it would be handled - any sending of data from my side of the firewall other than something I initiated should also be blocked.
To your point, Michael, I am assuming that the inbound blocks are there or available. I probably need to do some work to get exactly what I want. Def open to input and suggestions.
Tnx in advance.

All Inbound access is blocked by default. Look under Rules > All Devices.
if you search the help area, there are several articles that detail how Rules work and related settings like port forwarding and even Policy Based Routing. You a,y also want to search for Network Segmentation and VLANs
Firewalla isn’t a clone of Cisco or other routers like ASUS or netgear, so things might not be where you thought they would be, but on the whole the app and the website are thoughtfully designed.
There are lots of helpful folks around to help if you get stuck.
