Unbound support on FWG?

Has anyone got unbound running with Pihole on their FWG yet?

  No, had a good go about 6 months ago.  The problem is I know enough to be dangerous😁 so I stopped.  I failed with the mounting of the folder structure, otherwise I was almost there.  There is another thread somewhere.  I can post my script again, but don’t think it was anything special

  This is what i messed around with, not sure if this was the final version before I stopped.   This was mixed in with my pihole file, I’ve just extracted the unbound parts.

  unbound:

  container_name: unbound

  image: mvance/unbound:latest

      networks:

      dns_net:

      ipv4_address: 127.0.0.10

     volumes:

      - '/data/pi-hole/unbound/:/opt/unbound/etc/unbound'

      ports:

       - "5335:5335/tcp"

       - "5335:5335/udp"

      healthcheck:

          disable: true

          restart: unless-stopped

   

  unbound:

      driver: bridge

      ipam:

       config:

         - subnet: 172.17.0.0/24

  Interesting, i wonder how hard mounting the file structure is. Going to read up on this tonight.
