Firewalla Blue Plus prevents other tools from seeing devices

When I have the firwalla monitoring a device that device is no longer visible to other network management tools. Example - ATT Smart Home Manager. All devices disappear when they are monitored by firewalla. If I turn off monitoring, they reappear.

  Are you using DHCP-Mode? In DHCP-Mode there'll be two subnets. I'm thinking broadcasts won't transmitted between this two subnets. So maybe it's your problem.

  If you want to monitor devices in DHCP-Mode, you'll need to place all components (who needs to see each other) into one subnet, into the overlay-network.
