Blocking hard Coded DNS

Trying to block all DNS requests unless it goes to my Pihole.

Will allowing IP:port 53 to my Pihole on all devices and another rule blocking remote port 53 on all devices work the same as an inverse rule blocking IP: port 53 of my pihole which can be set in one rule on Pfsense of similar.

  What you can do is set the firewalla DNS (on the LAN segment) to pi-hole, and that will force all of the DNS requests to pi-hole (or any DNS you set). Firewalla inside does force traffic ...

  Ok thanks, already have all LANs, Vlans and VPNs pointing to my Pi-hole.  I will not bother trying to be clever with block and Allow rules.
