For the past couple of days Outlook safelinks will not resolve in browser.  

https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/...

Could Firewalla be blocking them?  How may I determine and resolve?

Update:

When I turn on Emergency Access, the problem is resolved.  So it indicates that Firewalla is blocking safelinks from my Outlook.  Any thoughts as to how I might resolve would be appreciated.

  I am having the exact same issue only for about the last week or so. I got an alarm indicating that https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/ was now in the Porn category and I verified that when I disabled Porn blocking that I could resume accessing all links in Outlook. I tried adding an exception to always allow this site but it seems that the Porn blocking has precedence over any exceptions. I think this site needs to be removed from the Porn blocking group.

  This is likely a miss classification from our upstream provider. Let me open a case with them and see if we can clear this. And sorry for replying late, zendesk feels your previous reply was related to porn ... so it blocked
