VPN into your gold and then access your Remote Desktop that way. I do this all the time.

How do you make that work? I have a blue plus and I am trying to make it work with Apple remote desktop. I can ping the computer, but I cannot get the computer to show up on the remote desktop software

Is it another Mac you are trying to remote into? If it’s windows then you need to use the Microsoft Remote Desktop.

It is Mac to Mac or IPad through a VNC program to Mac.

I can Ping it, and I know I can also reach the files within the system, but the Bonjour won’t register on either a MacBook Pro or my iPad when connected with the WireGuard VPN

I’ve done Mac/iPhone to windows all the time. I know there is a setting in the Mac you want to connect to that has to be turned on for you to connect to it. Have you tried it while at home? Can you connect to it that way?

I just tried it on my Mac.

You need to goto Settings > Sharing > check the box that says "Remote Management".

The window that pops up I just exited out of. You will see a button that says "Computer Settings..." click that then check the box that says "VNC viewers may control screen with password" and provide a password. Once I did this I could use UltraVNC on my iPhone and connect to my Laptop (MacBook Pro) via my iPhone.

I tried this both on my network and via WireguardVPN. When on network (WiFi) the connection was great, but cellular was very slow.
