Firewalla Red VPN Speeds

I would like to use the Firewalla Red to VPN into the home network and access remote desktop. I understand the open VPN speed is 28 Mb. Is this enough for using RD smoothly without lag?

  Should be usable. The average bandwidth for a 4k video is 25mbits (according to Netflix). Your desktop likely not moving much ...
