Looking to Purchase Gold, existing unifi setup

Hello, I currently have a unifi dream machine base , 2 nanoHD APs, and. 2 unifi flex switches. I would like to purchase the Firewalla Gold. Was wondering what is the best setup to have the Gold be the main router\DHCP\DNS device and basically the Dream machine just controls the network config of LAN\WIFI and the unifi devices. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

  You shouldn't have issues running the Gold in router mode. (gold as your main router), and use the Unifi in AP/Bridge mode on the LAN. Should work pretty good, since firewalla will be able to offload lots of layer 3 (routing/filtering) functions from your current wifi.

  I think that may be the issue the Unifi Dream machine does not have a option to operate bridge.

  You think it will work in transparent bridge mode? (I am not very familiar with the Dream Machine) see this https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500012304202-Firewalla-Transparent-Bridge-Mode

  Also, I think our compatibility guide says, this unit works in simple/dhcp mode
