firewalla is unreachable, tap to retry
Dear Sir/Madam
I have been using Firewalla many many months now. We went to vacations and when we came back the app says Firewalla box is unreachable - tap to retry
I have power-cycled the Firewalla several times, and also power-cycled the entire router & modem and reinstalled the iPhone App.
I had pulled-out the SD card and pushed it back but
the iPhone app still cannot reach the Firewalla box.
what could it be the issue?

Which firewalla device do you have? (red/blue/gold?) I assume it is red/blue/blue+, since you have an SD Card?
Can you check your router and see if it sees firewalla there? and I assume you already checked the LED lights near the ethernet ports are running?
Besides you were out, anything else changed in your network?

Check your cable and make sure it is fully connected. With both green and yellow light on the ethernet port doesn't blink (just steady on), it means either a connection problem on the ethernet side or an error booting up the unit. If it is the latter, do you know if your house ever had a power surge?
