Unable to SSH

This is what I get if I try SSH, what am I doing wrong. Tried from my mobile, same error. I can ping 192.168.1.2 though.

  Which firewalla product is this? (red blue? or gold?) and what mode are you running?  Can you ping 192.168.1.2?

  I'm using FWG in Router mode. I can ping 192.168.1.2 from my laptop which is on 192.168.0.0/24
