    Tap on top right settings, tap on about, tap on port speed, and see if your WAN port is 100mbit, if it is, the most common way is to change to a different cable ... or a different port

    So you are suggesting 1) the Ethernet cable from the Firewalla to the ISP box may be bad? It's a CAT 6A cable 50 ft long, is that length marginal for 1Gb? 2) The port on the Firewalla is bad?

    I am just saying identify the problem first, if you do see negotiating at 100mbit, the most common problem is the ethernet cable. If you wan to further looking into the problem after cable, is to place a switch between the isp and firewalla and see which side will go to 100mbit.
