How to block Sign in with Google popups?

Seems like in recent months, Google has gone crazy with putting annoying Sign in with Google popups on lots of sites that keep showing up on every page once you visit.

- Nobody in my household uses the Chrome browser, a Chromecast, or Chromebook.

- Nobody in my household signs into anything with Google except their Google accounts, and only for specific actions (using Docs or Sheets).

So, two-part question:
1. Can someone help me write a rule to block Sign in with Google popups across our whole network, and
2. Can exceptions be made on sites or domains that absolutely need it (like google.com, probably)?

  This can't be done on the network side, very likely the site you are visiting has google code inline.

  Ah, that's too bad - I saw that you could add a custom filter to ublock origin to do it on a per-browser basis:
  
  ||accounts.google.com/gsi/$3p
  ||smartlock.google.com^
  
  Was hoping something like that could be done on the entire network.

  Browser's can see and modify encrypted content, and firewall's can't. (From a security point of view, it may not be a good idea to have a plugin scan your decrypted content)
