Guest with no PW
is this possible? my Guest network does not have PW and I really don't want it to the only thing different from my old system
for example my smoker would take 15 years to put a password in.

I fully appreciate the security-first approach as a cybersecurity researcher, and you are making a product that is for seemingly normal consumers; however, it would be nice to have like an expert mode where you could turn this off. I just unplugged a router in my hotel room as it was seemingly causing issues or the firewalla orange wouldn't connect to it since was an open wifi network, and just plugged the ethernet directly into the WAN; however, I wanted to replicate the wireless network as a guest/isolated VLAN so the hotel and if there were other guests trying to use that router, they could. So kind of frustrated I can't... There have been a few other occasions when security-by-default or simplified settings have caused me hiccups, as someone who has historically run significantly more hands-on firewalls directly.

I see two issues here:
1. Firewalla should not have any issue connecting to an SSID without a password. This is usually how captive portals are triggered. If you are having issues, best contact help@firewalla.com
2. You want firewalla to create SSID that's not authenticated. This will come for sure once we start building a captive portal.(ETA unknown).

it just not practical to print QR code for guest visiting my house even in commercial setting it was easier to have it open and then transition to encryption
i currently have the guest set 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 - super secure lol and i have 5-10 device still offline because they are very difficult to reset to connect to a new wifi (hard wired to house electric)
