Firewalla hardware update from 1.979 to 1.980 fails to complete

For the last week or so, i have noticed an alert on MSP indicating that there was an update available for two of my Firewalla Gold boxes.  It does not seem to install during the maintenance window and does not complete when manually attempting.  Am I doing something wrong?
