AP7: EIRP for 2.4/5/6Ghz?

    Likely, the max 22 is based on antenna gains. I can get some data on that later.

    As for steering, it is not just the TX power of the AP7; it is also the TX power of the endpoint; the best way is to balance out; for example, at my place, I have to reduce the power of my 6 and 5ghz to make roaming a bit more smoother.

    Could you explain your method to drop 5/6GHz to allow better roaming? Wouldn’t 2.4Ghz would also need to massively drop too?

    Any help on EIRP stats would be great :)

    The theory is to have a balanced network. This means that your AP tx power is high and can reach far, and your device may not be able to respond with similar power ...  if the transmit power is balanced, it makes easier to roam to a better one.

    Any idea on what the antenna gains are for each band? Would really help with dialing it in.
