Firewalla AP7 (Early access beta) Shipping Status

Current Status:
All remaining AP7 units will be shipped out today and tomorrow 2/4/2025. We will have more units coming and orderable in early March (likely the 4th or 11th)
Previously:
The third batch was sent out on 1/27 to 1/28; the tracking number should be generated either on 1/27 or 1/28. We plan to send out all of the next batch the Monday following.

The second batch was sent out on 1/20/2025; tracking numbers were generated on 1/20 or 1/21. Next batch likely to be 1/27 +/- 3 days

The first small batch was sent out on 1/13/2025, and the tracking number was generated on 1/14/2025. The next batch is likely to be sent out on 1/20.
Here is how we order shipping:
- Mostly, it should be FIFO (first in and first out), but not strict.
- We do balance out above, such that we have enough single-unit, double-unit, and triple-unit orders. (hence less strict)
- We will start small and ramp up as we receive more units. This will also give developers enough time to "digest" any new issues.
- It will take roughly 30 to 37 days to fulfill all early access orders.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (via email) and another email reminding you to sign up for beta mode on your Firewalla Gold/Purple before you receive the unit.
(Please be patient and don't ask us when your order will be shipped. Our support people will not know the shipping details.)

Everyone is very excited. Doesn't help to nit-pick the shipping and order. Sounds like everyone is a kid again on Christmas morning racing to the tree and not finding the biggest box. My order landed at 9am for 2 and received it last week!
I'm joking about the receipt, not order confirmation time, Just saying that we need to be patient. This has been a long hard development and feedback period and now launch.
Great Job Firewalla Team. I wouldn't want to be in your customer service shoes

Yes, 100% well said. It was like trying to buy super bowl tickets or tickets to a Taylor Swift concert for some people rushing to be the first to place an order at exactly 9am PST thinking they would run out by 9:30am PST, which was not far off. I think the official time they sold out was 9:40am PST.
Great job Firewalla Team with all that you have been doing for the AP7 launch! Excited to receive my AP7 as well, but I assume it won't be this week. -
DummyKid, For early-access orders (which should include yours if placed before they sold out), they estimated about 30–37 days—not as far out as March. I'd give them a bit more time to handle all the early-access orders. Of course, this is an assumption based on their previous statements.

I’m almost 100 higher though I’m starting to think the order numbers are not in order. I’ve seen people post lower numbers with later time orders.
I’m out of town till Thursday so maybe I’ll luck out and shipping with be 3 days and not 5 so I can have fun setting it up when I get back
