Firewalla Gold SE in Bridge Mode and AP7 Connection

Does it matter in what mode is the Gold SE for the AP7 to work?

ISP Modem>Firewalla Gold SE as Bridge Mode> Asus Mesh system and also AP7 ?

Planning maybe later to dump all Asus and Firewalla SE as router and the AP7 Hardwired

  Your firewalla will need to run in router mode.

  Quick question, for the  Gold SE if in router mode how many devices can connect to it? also planning to get 2 AP7 also and all will be hard wired. Right now i have 70 devices attached to my Asus router and 2 AiMesh units connected. Hopefully will not be a headache the move over when it comes to all id and passwords for all light switches and all wifi stuff, hmmm

  Depending on the device, the Gold SE can easily handle more than a hundred devices. (mix of simple IoT and complex devices like phones)
