Firewalla Gold - physical segmentation

I'd like to use Firewalla Gold to create 2 physical segmentations. Segment A and B. I'd like to put a wireless access point on segment A and a laptop on segment B. Is it possible to create a rule that disables all traffic across segments except for the laptop and the wireless access point. That way I can see the access point dashboard from that laptop.

  You can create a blocking rule for all traffic, and then an allow rule for exceptions
