VPN Client Internet Kill Switch

Just setup VPN Client with PIA and everything is connecting and working as expected except for the Internet Kill Switch. If I disable the VPC client connection, my device continues to connect to the internet over my ISP connection when that should be blocked because the VPN is not connected, also I'm not receiving any alerts that the connection is down when those are setup. In the VPN Client KB article it talks about "Outbound Policy" as a option to set and states "When the Internet Outbound Policy is set to VPN, you'll be able to enable Internet Kill switch." Does anyone know what this is referring to and where do I find the Outbound Policy option because I just can't find any of that on the App or the Web portal.

It looks like that was just updated a few days ago. Firewalla is getting ready to test policy based routing. I am assuming that is what it is referring to.

Which Firewalla are you using? check the box version as well.

I'm running Blue on 1.972, Android app 1.45, connecting to Windscribe VPN.
I can't get the Internet Kill Switch option to activate. When I try, I get a pop-up black box with a spinner for quite a few seconds, then it disappears and the Internet Kill Switch is shown deactivated again.
