Is this an option? I have 126 reservations on my current firewall and I want to import them into my Firewalla Gold.

    Thanks.

Sorry, there is no way to import a text file and have it match the existing hosts. But if you want, you can do a cut/paste with our web interface. (https://my.firewalla.com)

I only see a way to make an assigned IP permanent using "Click to reserve this IP address". I don't see a way to assign my own address. Am I missing something?

    Thanks.

tap on devices, tap on the device, tap on IP address, tap reserved, then you can change IP

Old Topic, but in three years has a solution presented itself yet? I checked https://my.firewalla.com and I still don't see a place to specify a MAC and and IP address to match.

Coming from our Old firewall, we have about 50 IP reservations.

New Firewalla - Must import those 50 IP reservations for business continuity during cutover.

    Options?

Firewalla can't pre-reserve MAC to IP mapping at the moment. These devices need to be discovered first, and then you can reserve IP for them.

May I know is it even possible to transition your IP reservations to local domain? See https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500002445242-What-is-the-Firewalla-local-domain-and-search-domain

Using a local DNS server is a lot easier than reserving IP
