Why sdk.privacy-center.org is classified as malware?

Today I got the warning that several computers on my network have accessed here: https://sdk.privacy-center.org/ and it warned me that it is a malicious site.
The funny thing is that I am not aware of having accessed it, so I understand that it is part of an automatic request from one of the programs on my computer, and the phones have also triggered the warning, which makes it even more suspicious.
Can it be a false positive?
