No p2p. The IP's are mostly Google, Apple, and Amazon IP's with an associated hostname but Firewalla isn't picking them up for some reason. The only change I have made to Firewalla is to the DNSCrypt toml file to send DoH to NextDNS since it isn't supported yet. I wouldn't think this would affect Firewalla being able to see these domains? Just was wanting to see if any other people were seeing this issue.

Were the modifications done inside the firewalla?

Yes, I followed directions from Melvin to edit the toml file.

    cd /home/pi/firewalla/extension/dnscrypt

    vim dnscrypt.template.toml

Change the server name and stamp to my NextDNS config. Save config.

    sudo systemctl restart firemain

That seems to work as far as changing the DoH setting to send to my NextDNS config.

Would that toml file be used in any way for mapping domains to IP's? I would have thought it was just for the DoH settings?

Likely the configuration messed up the DNS mapping code.  Try to undo the changes and see if things went back to normal or not.

Okay, I'll try to change it this weekend. Any idea when NextDNS may be supported natively? Thanks!

This seemed to fix the bare IP issue. So for anyone wanting to change the toml file to the DoH provider of your choice it's gonna mess this up. I would suggest either wait for docker support or set it up on a pi and point devices primary DNS to the IP of the pi.
