New firewalls blue owner-no traffic detection

My firewalls detected my d-link 3040 router but it isn't recording any of the traffic from my devices. It's been on for hours and I know my kids have been blasting the wifi. Any hints to get it detecting?

  That did not help. Firewalla detected 21 devices but does not report traffic after detection.

  Which mode are you on?  Tap on monitoring button and look at the mode section, if it is simple or dhcp mode?

  Try to block video on YouTube on the phone I'm using. I turn off data and leave wifi on but video still plays.
