Restoring Internet Connection

I noticed that every after a power outage, my Internet connection takes time to restore if my Firewalla (Blue) is connected.  I tried testing to remove my Firewalla and power off everything, then power back on everything after a few minutes, my Internet connection got restored right away maybe just about a minutes or two (because of the bootup process of my network devices).  But if my Firewalla is connected to my LAN, it usually takes about 20 to 30 minutes to restore everything.  Is it because my Firewalla is in DHCP mode?  Is that even normal?

  Definitely not normal.  If it happens again, can you send the logs to help@firewalla.com?  

  Also, is the power outage on quick off and on or last more than 10 min?
