Firewalla is kind of "blocking" Facebook (iPhone Facebook app only)

I notice that the Firewalla (I have blue version) is kind of blocking the Facebook.

The thing is, when I use the Facebook app on my cellphone (iPhone), it doesn't seems to update the posts !

Also, when you click to see the comments on some posts, it keep showing the loading progress forever !

I've tried to disable all the rules / services to find out, but seems after disable all, still the same problem !

But when I disable the monitoring on my phone, the Facebook app seems to work properly!

When you see some sites are operating strangely and when turning off monitoring solves the problem, it is very likely the issue is related to a block in the rules section.

The best way to look at this is, tap on rules and see if you blocked anything that may be related to Facebook; You can pause the rule and try the site again.

You were right ! It was a strange IP I had blocked long time ago that's probably used by the app on the phone !

I did a trace on the IP and it comes to Facebook ! Thanks !

Glad you found it, I will ask our developers to hurry up on that tool to check the blocks.
