Can't play Brawlstars game

Have Firewalla blue, connected to ISP router through a gigabit switch. It's running in experimental simple mode. Generally everything works well. I do not have any special blocks enabled and ad-blocking is not on.

 

When i try brawlstars on ipad or iphone, it keeps giving me the "weak network signal" icon, and it is very laggy and sluggish. If I set the device as unmonitored, it works fine. Any ideas?

  Did you blocked any region ?

  I had a similar issue with arma3, and I had to unblock one of blocked regions!

  If you have any other block rule, try disable one by one and see if it works!

  Would be great to block a region, and add a "white list" to allow certain ip's to work from a blocked region!

  The problem of adding a white list and blacklists is managing them is going to be a headache.  In the past month, our support been debugging all kinds of blacklists issues ...  Anyway, we are thinking of a better way to manage these things for sure

  No I dont have it as blocked. It works but the connection is very slow and keeps dropping. But any other site has no problem. And when I disable monitoring, I have no problem.

  Update - I guess my cable router is not compatible with experimental simple mode. I switched to DHCP mode and all seems smooth now.

  are you using the Wifi on the CGM4140COM or a separate access point?  having major issues getting Gold to play with the CGM4140COM (Videotron Helix-fi)
