Receiving Constant Offline Messages on Blue
Ever since the update that happened a few days ago, I am receiving constant notifications that Firewalla is offline. Yet when I go into the app to check the device it appears to be up and running fine. Any ideas what might be causing this?

This means the cloud can no longer see Firewalla. So it can be
1. The box was disconnected from the network. Done on purpose ... such as a smart 10 year old, want to play certain games.
2. Your network connection went out for a certain amount of time.
If this doesn't go away for a day or so, send help@firewalla.com, we need support access to look inside.
