Blocking internet changes to websites

When I set up a rule on my blue. Everytime I set up a rule with blocking the whole internet access for a device. When I press save it changes the internet to websites... any reason why?

  I have the same issue and it also did not block internet as it was supposed to. Were you able to find a solution?
