Firewalla Blue blocks Teamviewer Access to my Office
Hello Guys,
I have recently installed Firewalla Blue onto my office's router and now I cannot access any of the computers through Teamviewer. There is no alarm prompt on the Firewalla App as well.
I need to use Teamviewer to support the office sometimes. How do we go about solving this problem?
Thanks,

Dear Firewalla,
I have Ad Block enabled, family mode disabled.
Initially I couldn't connect to the Teamviewer client, but after a few attempts it seems to connect successfully, as if it passed some authentication.
Now I can connect to the Teamviewer clients without any issue.
I feel like the same goes for SMB protocol, seems to hang up at first and then successfully connect afterwards.
Do you have any explanation why its like this?
@Firewalla
Thanks :)

It happens locally, as well as server outside via open port.
It seems that the first time to access is always blocked, then after a few attempts it will allow.
After the first attempt, seems something is kept and next time you access it (even after a restart, for example) it connects fine.
