Started out great - then lots of issues

I received my Firewalla Red last week, and everything was great for a few days. Tonight, I started seeing lots of strange behavior, including web sites not resolving, then refreshing 5-10 seconds later normally as well as lag on connection, etc.

Are there known issues that would correlate to this behavior? As of now, I've had to unplug my Red to have a working network.

  likely a compatibility issue.  can you send email to help@firewalla.com and let us know what router are you using?

  I have the same issue with RED and hope for a fix before I return the product... Am using the cheap WiFi routers: Tenda. And RED is connected on one of the ports

  There are a few things to check

  1. did you block anything?  if you did, clear them, or go through them

  2. if you have adblocker + family mode on, disable them and see speed will be better or not

  3. if both above didn't make a difference, send us a email help@firewalla.com, we can go inside the box and take a look
