Blocking torrents

Hi everyone!

I was wondering whether it would be possible to completey block all p2p traffic / torrents and if so how ?

  I would also like to block people from uploading and downloading torrents.

  Got it, now we have an official issue on this.  Hopefully, get to it soon.  Is this primarily for a company or home?

  I'm also looking for a firewall to block all torrenting.  It isn't so straightforward in a home router.  I probably won't buy Firewalla unless this feature exists as it would be one of the most important things I'm looking for.

  The upcoming production version of firewalla will have block p2p functionality.  It should work with most p2p sites ... it is still in beta.

  I have a slightly different use case in that I would like to route torrent traffic over a 3rd party VPN for certain devices, and block it on others. FWP here, and I didn't see a "p2p" or torrent category/app target when I went to add a route.

  This was 3 years ago, I don't see P2P anywhere in the UI. Am I missing it?
