Apps bound to this device

    Stephane, will create a case and have our developers have a look.   (I have also hidden the email, in case that's private information. 

    What that is saying, there is another phone that's talking to your device.  We need to support access to your device to take a look at it first.  You should see an email with a case id. 

    Please also include where you acquired the device.

    Is there an option in the mobile app to revoke bound apps ?

    The only way to revoke is have the phone that's paired to unpair with your device on their end.  

    The best way is to factory reset the box as following

    This will reset the content, generate a new private key and make the box as new.
