Firewalla keeps restarting

Hi! I have the red firewall for couple of weeks now, and suddenly it somewhat stop working properly. I was trying to stop an internet restriction, and it wouldn’t let me. Then tried to power cycle it, and it kept doing restart process. Tried to hard reset it by flashing the SD card with newer image, still the same. Anyone has the same issue?

  Best to send a email help@firewalla.com and include the email you registered the ios/android app, the reboots can be caused by multiple things;  We probably can detect it via the cloud.
