    Is it possible to turn off DHCP server on a Mikrotik?  If it can, then DHCP mode will work.  Simple mode, also very likely. (unless Mikrotik is a Huawei re-branded.

    It is working for me in simple mode with a Mikrotik CRS125-24G-1S-2HnD-IN running v6.44.
