Has the Apple app slowed down

I have no measurement data at all but I just have a feeling that the app on my phone has slowed down during the opening of the firewalla app and browsing alarms.  Could be completely wrong, anyone else noticed any performance issues.

IPhone X, latest iOS with all security downloads etc.

  Any idea on which steps it appears slowing?  is it launching?  or tapping on the firewalla button?   Does it slow down when connecting to LTE or wifi?

  I am not joking but before I posted the comment, opening the app from start was taking 5 to 6 seconds and browsing the alarms was the same.  I closed it down and opened it up several times with the same result. Switched off the phone, closed everything all the normal recommended actions.  

  Now I've posted the comment, and you replied the app is now loading within a second or so, same with browsing the alarms. 

  All this was on my local WiFi network.

  Must have been one of those nights.....
