Dear Sir/ Madam,

I recent purchase a new laptop. With that laptop I receive the message "Purple firewalla unreachable" I did check and make sure that the new laptop is removed from the quarantine list already.

Booting up my old laptop I see that I can connect without issue, what might be the be the issue?

  Do you get the message on your laptop? or it is on your phone? Is your network still running with firewalla?
