What is the Firewalla solution for multiple criteria firewall rules?

Hopefully the image below comes through, but I want to allow or deny a host to host based on IP AND port number on the remote host. Any advice? Image from my previous firewall.

10.40.0.71 to 10.20.0.14:80 allow for example

  The image is too small to see. 

  If you want to block port, you can use foo[.]com:443 to specify port
