FireTV / Fandango at Home (Vudu) app issues?

I just installed Firewalla Gold.   I see to now be having issues though with the Fandango at Home App (formerly Vudu).  It randomly freezes/goes blank.  This was not doing this prior to installing Vudu.  I have my FireStick Max prioritized for traffic.  The only rules I have are the default bundle and block traffic from internet for all devices (default rules).  Is there a setting I need to adjust to allow this app to work fully?

  If you have ad block on, turn it off. Some of the streaming services don't like it.

  Thanks - I disabled AdBlock, but still having issues.  I am looking at the article for more advice.  Adblock was one of the reasons I got Firewalla Gold- is it possible just to disable it for the streaming devices, but keep it on elsewhere?

  I am trying to activate the "Emergency Access" for the device, but there is no option under the device settings as shown in the article.

  I was able to find Emergency access (I didn't realize it was only via the app).  This allowed me to play from the Plex App and so far the Fandango App (though I will need to test it more tomorrow for time).

  Would there be an issue leaving "Emergency Access" on permanently for all the Streaming Devices and turning back on the Adblock/Active Protect so that those would be able to be used on the other devices?
