FTP on LAN

I have an FTP server set up on an old PC to which my CCTV NVR backs up motion recordings.  I want to restrict access to this FTP server to devices on my LAN.  How can i do this? Thanks.

  See if you can use network segmentation; you can do it with VLAN's or port based segmentation https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408644783123-Network-Segmentation#h_01FJ0EMPZVJDQF3CVFR492YN01

  Sorry, forgot to say I have Firewalla purple and don't have a managed switch.
