Netflix error on ipad
On Firewalla Gold SE I'm having problems connecting to shows on Netflix. I can open the app, select a profile, and get to the home screen. However, if I attempt to play a show one of two things happens:
1) the screen hangs with a connection spinner (like what it shows when there's not enough bandwidth),
or 2) it shows a pop up message "ERROR A server with the specified hostname could not be found. (Playb:10008;NSURL:1003;)"
Either way I'm unable to play videos on this ipad.
The iPad is part of a group of devices that have family protections, however Netflix itself is not blocked at the app level within Firewalla. But if I remove the iPad from the group I can play Netflix videos without a problem.
Any ideas of how to fix this? I need the iPad to remain in the family protection level group.
