Factory Reset over Bluetooth

Trying to Factory Reset however it's failing. Wondering if I can force a connection via bluetooth to complete the reset, or is there another way to factory reset?

What kind of errors are you getting? you really don't need to force connections, they are "automatic"

Well, I've already taken it off the network. Was going to factory reset it and then set this back up in passthrough mode, however I couldn't factory reset it the message said something went wrong please manually factory reset or something like that. So then I tried to change the mode and it's not responding.

When you say reset, do you mean flash?
Not to get ahead of things, but when you say passthrough, do you mean bridge mode? What other devices re involved? If you hook up things wrong firewalla may not respond as you would expect.

When I mean reset I mean Factory Reset back to the original state when I first received the firewalla. I haven't tried a flash yet. I guess that's my next step. Yes Bridge mode is what I want the device to be in.

Should be fine, just be sure the firewalla is between your router and AP/switch and don't connect any devices you want protected directly to the router.
