ISP Router in bridge mode

My customer's current ISP router is in bridge mode, he has a static IP address and that address is hard-coded into his firewall. I just installed my first Firewalla gold Se and it seems it required pulling an IP address from the ISP to setup.

Is there a way to hard code the Static IP address into the Firewalla for setup or does it have to pull an IP via dhcp from the ISP?

  When you are setting up the Firewalla, you should have the option to use static IP. See https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046703673-Firewalla-Feature-Guide-Network-Manager#h_01EDNZSTWSTDX9PA34NM2NQKJF
