Firewall Purple losing connection

    Do you know (or can you see) how far is the purple from hotel's access point? is there another location you can move the purple?  

    See if you can turn on the "Maximize compatibility" button, this will force everything to 2.4ghz, that may help

    Thank you. It is a few meters away, I can see it, no walls in between. Also in case I connect anything to the AP, tried with a few smartphones and a PC, the connection is solid and data signal meter shows 100%. I cannot turn on the "Maximize compatibility" because I get a notification that FW is already using 2.4GHz (because of the AP) and channel 9. Also, the hotel is in a small village, not other APs around.

    The issue is likely the 2.4 channel is congested. Do you see any microwaves around the hotel area? does each room have a microwave?
