FWG started restarting frequently and Support not helpful
Hi,
I purchased FW Gold variation few months back. The product started restarting randomly(Firewall Awakes. Firewalla service restarted) and disconnects from WAN. At this point this is unusable for work. I tried calling support and even gave them full access to my box. They just respond through email only and at their own convenience. Do others have this random restart problem? Any warranty support for this product? Or should I just throw it in garbage and move on?

I am looking at your ticket and wondering if you double-checked the power connection to the unit, and if you have a better power supply (pretty much any modern USB-C phone adapter), you can give that a try. Your logs is saying the issue is related to power.
Also, please do not worry, I will get someone to help you out, and if indeed it is not working out, we will do an RMA with the unit, either fix it or get you a replacement.

If there's a UPS in the mix I'd start by pulling that out, too. I've had UPS units that don't have a fast enough fail-over time to actually fill in the gap from a power drop. And that's assuming that the UPS is working properly. Switching power supplies often don't have enough capacitance to survive a low-voltage drop.
But I'd second changing out the power supply suggestion. I usually use laptop or medical device power supplies and not wall adapters as they usually have MUCH better specs. FWG+ is 10-15v (so 12v is about ideal) and 4 amps. Avoid using anything with variable or active voltage (Q chargers for example; most modern phone/tablet chargers) as it might not guess right and cause weird errors.
