    It depends on what you are doing. For example, when you are on VPN, you may not be able to discover a network printer, but you can add the printer using the printer IP (or domain), and then print from it.

    My primary concerns are IP cameras, IP intercoms, and desk phones.

    I watched a video that demonstrated how this is done using Firewalla and Wireguard. It seemed very simple and user-friendly, especially with an iPhone and Firewalla.

    Can the same process be applied using Firewalla MSP and PCs/Macs?

    It depends on what you want to do with PCs/MAC; let's take this as an example

    When all of your MAC's are on the same LAN, you should be able to see MAC/shares in the finder left column;

    If you are on VPN, you need to launch finder, tap on Go, tap on connect to server, and then type in the IP address (or local domain name) of the MAC you are trying to connect.

    (the difference is again, discovery of the hosts. If your hosts are not changing, then connecting to them via IP should be just a one time deal)

    All I need is to log into the local web interface of these devices remotely.

    Then you shouldn't have any issue. You just need to point your browser at their IP address
