Firewalla Gold with 2gb Xfinity internet

I am upgrading from 1gb to 2gb internet with Xfinity, is it possible to upgrade the switch ports ? if not, is there an upgrade program to Gold Plus?

  No, it's not possible, and AFAIK there is no "upgrade program." You would need to get the Gold Plus and then sell your Gold.

  The NICs (ethernet ports) on these devices are built-in so they're part of the device. You can't just swap in a faster card like you might with a desktop computer.

  On the bright side, from what I've seen used Firewallas sell quickly.

  Some xfinity modems allow LAG, if you have one of those, you can use LAG to configure the WAN port. Which should get you 2gigabit bandwidth.  (or close to it, depend on how you are running the test)
