Is there  a guide on setting up a Gold with a Hitron 3550 modem? 

I would like use it as Hitron --> Firewalla --> wireless TP Link  AP

  so i disable the gateway mode on my modem/router/wifi Hitron box, and the first thing that FWG asks me if i want to run it in static or dhcp mode. I can't seem to get past that point. Any ideas?

  Does your router support DHCP? or static? (some even use PPPoE)

  This depends on how you are connecting to your ISP.

  No idea what went wrong before? I gave it a shot today again and were given with 5 or 6 different options, DHCP, static etc and as soon as i chose dhcp it started working. Before i was only getting dhcp and static. Weird. Thats why i was confused. It wasnt giving me any other options. All is well now and everything works. Thank You very much for help
