Correct way to integrate Firewalla MSP Access to Microsoft Authenticator

Hello, my cell phone failed and transitioned to a replacement yesterday. I am curious if you have specific instructions to add FW MSP authentication to Microsoft Authenticator? My old phone can still contact the web via wifi and still receives access requests, at some point I need to return the phone.

The Firewalla app on my new phone indicates a "key loading error" and I don't to initially attempt access by Resetting App Data.  I still have access thru my PC browser a well.

  Are you on iOS? if you are, it is likely while you are using the app, the app is still 'waiting' for the icloud keychain to be syned. I'd suggest wait 24 hours and see. If the problem persists, what you can do is just do a reset (one of the options with the key loading error), then pair your phone like new, see https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004369774-Pairing-a-new-phone-with-your-Firewalla-box
